This Album is for the San Quentin criminal, Charles Ethelbert Talbot Oxnam.

Charles Ethelbert Talbot Oxnam was the son of Rev. Charles Osborne Oxnam and Lucy Frances Bird. Baptized on 9 July 1897 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He was charged & hung for first degree murder at San Quentin Prison for first degree murder of retired capitalist, William Alexander, during a home robbery in Los Angeles on 23 December 1914.
