Cleveland from the Thomas & Taylor Store. The receipt is dated 17 December 1906. NOTE: After researching this receipt I found that this is from Dome City, Alaska. It was a mining town. The town was active from the 1800's thru the early 1920's. It no longer exists. I also found a photo of this store which is found on the link provided. The store is on the right.
