Charles H. Grosvenor DONATED TO THE SOUTHEAST OHIO HISTORY CENTER. This Two page Letter was signed by C. H. Grosvenor (Charles H.), Civil War General & United States Representative from the State of Ohio. The Letter was written on his Athens Ohio Legal Stationary & Dated 4 August 1884. The content concerns turning Tennessee Republican in the 84 election. On a Side note: Grosvenor was at the Battle of Chickamauga & in his final years of his life served as Chair of the Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Park Commission.
