THIS LETTER WAS DONATED TO THE CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOR SOCIETY.

This Letter was singed by 14 Members of Congress & was ment as an endorsement of Captain J. G. Merritt to become the RNC's Sergeant-At-Arms. There is only one Signature I can't make out.
